Privacy Policy

Last updated: 18 October 2026

This policy covers the Showday Studios website and describes planned Epic Games sign-in for Pixel Brawl. The game is in development; available features depend on the build and services enabled.

Who operates the service

Showday Studios operates this website and develops Pixel Brawl. For privacy questions, contact showdaystudiogethelp@gmail.com.

Signing in with Epic Games

Pixel Brawl uses Epic Games authentication, rather than a separate NovaDock email-and-password account. Enter Epic credentials only in Epic’s authentication interface. Showday Studios does not need your Epic password. Epic handles its own account services under its privacy policy.

Account and gameplay information

Depending on the permissions requested and enabled in the release, Epic may provide the game with an account identifier, display name, language preference and linked-account display names. Online presence is an additional permission shown in the current application configuration. Permissions are shown in Epic’s consent screen before you authorize access. Identifiers and gameplay information are used to associate players with sessions and provide the features they use.

Website requests

Visiting the website sends technical information, such as an IP address and requested page, to the hosting infrastructure. GoDaddy hosts this website and may process technical logs to deliver and secure the service. The supplied static pages do not add analytics, advertising trackers or a sign-in form. Browser and hosting behavior must be reviewed separately.

Security and fair play

Information relevant to investigating abuse may be used to protect players and services. Easy Anti-Cheat protection has not been confirmed for the builds described on this site. If introduced, this policy will be updated to describe relevant processing before a protected release is offered.

Sharing and retention

Epic and hosting providers process information needed for their respective services. Production game storage and retention arrangements are still being finalized. This page does not announce an operational public account backend. Hosting logs are managed through the hosting service. Contact us about information relating to you or to request deletion; we will explain any security or legal retention requirements.

Your requests

To request access, correction or deletion of information held by Showday Studios, email showdaystudiogethelp@gmail.com. Include only the account identifier needed to locate the information, never your password. We may need proportionate identity verification before acting. Requests about the Epic account itself should also be directed to Epic. Applicable privacy rights depend on the circumstances and location.

Changes

Update this policy when account permissions, data storage, hosting, online features or anti-cheat processing change.
